What is your return policy?
While all sales are final, the quality of the work to make your jewelry is guaranteed. If you are in need of a repair due to faulty design (this does not include careless wear such as excess submersion in water) within 30 days of purchase, please contact Nikki using the submission form on the homepage. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost.
May I work with you on a custom order?
Absolutely! NikkiBean Designs has done custom orders for weddings, red carpet events, and more! Please contact Nikki using the submission form located on the homepage.
Do you donate to fundraisers / silent auctions?
Nikki loves to support organizations close to her heart and will consider each inquiry. Past donations have included the YMCA Camp Jorn send a kid to camp scholarship fundraiser, the Lewis and Clark Humane Society Annual Fundraiser, and the Cancer Support Community Annual Gala.
